Uprise Express provides international freight forwarding, courier, customs clearance, and related logistics services.
Our goal is to ensure timely and secure movement of goods for our clients while maintaining compliance with applicable international trade laws and regulations.
2. Service Use & Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or are legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are providing accurate and complete information about yourself or your organization.
- You agree to comply with all applicable shipping, customs, and trade regulations.
Uprise Express reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any order or shipment that violates legal or company policies.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All shipment bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- Payment terms will be communicated based on the shipment type (Air, Sea, or Courier).
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government regulations.
- Invoices must be settled within the specified credit period (if applicable) to avoid service delays or penalties.
4. Prohibited Items
Uprise Express does not handle shipments containing the following items:
- Hazardous or illegal materials (drugs, explosives, weapons).
- Perishable or restricted goods without proper documentation.
- Valuable items such as currency, precious metals, or confidential documents unless agreed upon in advance.
Failure to disclose such items may result in shipment confiscation, penalties, or legal action.
5. Customs, Duties & Compliance
- The client is responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Customs clearance depends on the information and documents provided by the shipper.
- Uprise Express is not liable for delays or fines arising from incorrect or missing paperwork.
- Duties, taxes, and government fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the consignee or shipper.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Uprise Express exercises reasonable care in handling and transporting shipments.
- However, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by natural disasters, customs hold-ups, or third-party mishandling beyond our control.
- Clients are encouraged to insure their shipments for full value. Insurance can be arranged upon request.
7. Delivery Timelines
Transit times provided are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, port congestion, or carrier availability.
While every effort is made to meet delivery commitments, Uprise Express cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Shipment cancellations must be made before dispatch or container booking confirmation.
- Once the shipment is in transit, cancellation or refund is not possible.
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Uprise Express and protected by copyright law.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Uprise Express, its affiliates, or partners be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Business interruption or profit loss.
- Any claim exceeding the declared shipment value or service fee paid.
